4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• Fulfillment & Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within the estimated timelines specified on our shipping information page.

• Shipping Carriers: Goods are shipped via reputable third-party logistics carriers. Tracking details will be provided to the customer upon dispatch.

• Passage of Title & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all purchased physical goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the package by the carrier to the specified shipping address.

• Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Duken Shop is not liable for minor carrier delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

5. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped.

• 7-Day Return Policy: Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of physical delivery to request a return or refund for eligible goods in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

• Defective or Damaged Goods: If goods arrive damaged or defective, notice must be provided within 48 hours (and no later than 7 calendar days) with photographic proof for a free replacement or 100% full refund.
